Investigation credits

One credit is about $100 of list value. Investigations use credits by complexity: Person Intelligence 5, Company Due Diligence 8, Cyber Exposure 10, Enhanced Due Diligence 15 or more, Complex 25 or more. Premium paid-source data is metered separately.

Questions

What is in every investigation?
Findings across 25 categories, the relationships the investigation followed, and the evidence behind each finding: source, reliability grade, retrieval time and a hash of the captured page. A coverage table lists what was checked and found nothing. Every report passes QA rules and an analyst sign-off. PDF and DOCX, or JSON over the API.
Why do Enhanced and Complex investigations start at a price?
Scope grows with the number of owners, directors, jurisdictions, languages and connected entities. We confirm the scope and price before collection starts.
How do platform credits work?
Each plan includes credits, and each investigation uses credits by its complexity, so a person investigation and a cross-border company with several owners are priced as the different jobs they are. Premium paid data is metered on top.
Can we run an investigation on anyone?
No. We check every organization before its first case, and each case records its purpose and lawful basis before collection starts. US employment, tenant, credit and insurance screening, locating people and investigating minors are not allowed. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
Who can see our cases?
Only your organization. Every table is separated by organization at the database level, and owners and admins sign in with a second factor.
Do you sell the data you collect?
No. We do not sell personal data or collected evidence, and our terms forbid customers from reselling raw data.
